THERAPIST
Relationships have the potential to be great sources of meaning and connection, and yet, sometimes they can be confusing and stressful. I work to support couples and individuals who are caught in cycles of high conflict in their relationships. Together we can name, process, and explore things that may keep you feeling stuck, like systemic barriers, abuse, traumatic experiences, relationship patterns, and self-limiting beliefs. I strive to provide a respectful space for curiosity and expression to help clients strengthen bonds and gain clarity around their relationship norms and expectations.
I am Prepare/Enrich certified and offer pre-marital and couples therapy, decoupling and co-parenting support, and communication skills coaching. My work is informed by the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, and Relational-Cultural Theory. Additionally, I'm certified in High Conflict Relationship Therapy. I welcome all variations of relationship structures, including but not limited to open and polyamorous relationships, LGBTQIA+ identifying clients, and families (including those addressing family of origin exploration).
You don't need to sort through relationship stressors on your own. I'd love to connect with you if you're in a difficult relationship, need help deciding your next steps, or just want to find some new ways of communicating with the important people in your life.
