I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These conditions can have a profound impact on your life, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and trapped. I’m here to support you in developing effective coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and building resilience. 


In addition to working with mood and anxiety disorders, I also work with couples or families experiencing relationship issues. Whether you are struggling with communication problems, trust issues, or conflicts within your relationship, I provide a neutral and empathetic perspective to help facilitate understanding, promote healthier communication, and foster deeper connections. 


I also have an interest in helping clients with performance issues. Whether its sports, business, or academics, performance anxiety and self-doubt can hinder your ability to reach your full potential. Through targeted interventions, I can help you identify and overcome barriers, develop confidence, and enhance your performance skills. 


I offer therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. I understand that each person’s needs and circumstances are unique, and I tailor my approach to meet those individual needs. My therapeutic modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution focused techniques. By using evidence-based practices, I aim to provide you with effective tools and strategies to promote lasting change.
