Supporting Your Nutrition and Performance Goals with Rasa
I am a veteran sports dietitian in private practice and have experience working with the University of Minnesota Athletics, The Emily Program (eating disorder clinic), Viverant (PT clinic), the Minnesota Vikings, the Minnesota Twins, and the University of Minnesota Physicians. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Art degree in Physiology from the University of Minnesota.
My passion is to bring more joy, kindness, compassion, and love to human lives by showing respect and care for, and attunement with, the inner wisdom and inner values of all human bodies, all human abilities, all our communities, and our planet. I am grounded in practicing nutrition using non-diet, weight inclusive, trauma informed and body trust-informed approach. It is important for me to practice inclusivity, curiosity, and respectful perspective toward all humans, to their lived experiences, to their culture and to their upbringing. I am committed to practicing bravery by standing up and speaking up for injustice in my practice and everyday living.
